Individual tax returns
Federal and New York State returns, prepared and filed for you. We’ve prepared thousands of them.

Business tax returns
C corporations, S corporations, LLCs, partnerships and sole proprietors, federal and state, plus sales tax returns.

Tax planning
Mid-year planning, an annual tax forecast and longer-term strategy, for individuals and small businesses.

Bookkeeping
Monthly, quarterly or annual books, with budgeting and forecasting. We work in QuickBooks and the other major accounting programs.

Balance sheets and operating statements, monthly, quarterly or at year end.

Payroll
Payroll records, time cards, tax and benefit withholding, federal and state payroll returns, checks, and W-2s and 1099s.
About us
We’ve prepared tax returns and kept the books for individuals and small businesses since 2001.
Every year we take continuing education through local chapters of national accounting and tax associations, so we’re current on each year’s changes to the tax law.

Questions we hear a lot
Will the IRS ever call me about my taxes?
The IRS normally contacts people by mail first. It won’t call to demand immediate payment, ask for a gift card or a wire transfer, or threaten arrest. If you get a call or an email like that, don’t respond. Hang up and call us.
When will I get my refund if I claim the Earned Income Credit?
By law, the IRS can’t issue a refund that includes the Earned Income Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit before mid-February, so those refunds take longer.
Are you open after April 15?
Yes, by appointment, for bookkeeping, payroll, planning and late filings. Call to set a time.
